1. To monitor credit transaction in real-time basis.
2. To handle enquiries and assist merchants and cardholder.
3. To highlight suspicious transaction and escalate for review.
4. To perform preliminary investigation on suspicious transaction.
5. To liaise with contact from financial and non-financial institutions.
1. At least a Diploma in any discipline.
2. At least one year of working experience in call centre or customer service.
3. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
