Full-Time Audit Supervisor
-Assist in supervising, developing and mentoring an audit team
-Accurately completes and reviews audit engagements in a manner that meets professional technical requirements.
-Adequately identifies audit risks and problems through review to ensure audit risks and problems through review to ensure audit engagements are completed with dependable files and documentation.
-Manages multiple concurrent engagements without disruption and within scheduled deadlines.
-Consistently carry our risk assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance \, process and procedures, the accuracy of financial and operational records and the efficiency of the Firm’s overall operation and to provide timely solutions and recommendation for improvement.
-Establishing close working relationships with clients, with a view to assess their requirements and to meet their expectations.
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Auditing or equivalent and a professional qualification under MICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in financial audit, preferably with 1-2 year(s) of supervising experience.
-Knowledge on cloud computing such as Google App and mobile devices i.e. smartphone and tablet, is an advantage.
-Self-motivated, proactive and with strong analytical qualities.
-Excellent client relationship skills and time management skills
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
-High integrity and excellent work ethics, with strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline.
