Requirements and Job Description:
• Bachelor Degree in Corporate Administration or ICSA qualification or ICSA finalist or pursuing ICSA/Degree/Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
• Computer literate. Proficient in English and Malay.
• Minimum experience for assistant graduate or 1-2 years, 3 years and above for executive.
• Good working attitude and self-discipline.
• Assist in secretarial works. Prepare resolutions, minutes, updates and maintain statutory documents.
• Attend Board meetings, Annual General Meetings, General Meetings, etc
• Advise on and ensure clients’ compliance with the Companies Act, 2016, the Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and other relevant statutory requirements
