Job Description

Prepare letter & memo for office and project matter
Handle all the incoming correspondences
Prepare minutes of meeting
Office management such as ordering stationery, maintain and upkeep office environment.
Handle office miscellaneous expenses
Handle office authority license or permit renewal
Preparing superior’s/Managers petty cash claim form
Any other related duties assigned by superior from time to time
