1. To perform general admin duties
2. Sending courier letters
4. Scanning documents
5. Manual retrieval of data, screen shot data
6. Undertake other special assignment , ad-hoc functions when required by the superior
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Fresh Graduate / Interns are welcome to apply
• Required skill (s) : able to communicate in Mandarin, English, Computer Literate, MS Office, Strong Interpersonal skills
• Required language(s) : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English,
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to start immediately or with short notice period.
• Positive attitude – willing to learn and take initiative to do the task given.
• Open for contract position (subject for renewal)
