Full-Time Administration Assistant
1. Handle administrative duties such as maintaining all official records, housekeeping duties, and samples.
2. In charge of inventory control of internal stationery, paper, sundries, and most importantly the physical stocks of customers; Inform your superior if there are running low and issuing of purchase requisitions.
3. Support your superiors to source for items or services to meet customers request and timeline, including e-commerce and other forms of sales formats.
4. Support your superiors to develop business plans, coordinate and prepare documents, calculations, tests etc to fulfill customers’ requirements.
5. Close follow up on all assignments assigned by superiors.
