Full-Time Admin cum Account Executive
We are looking for candidates who are organised, pay attention to details, willing to learn, motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
The role’s responsibilities includes:
i. To assist to prepare full set of accounts.
ii. Maintenance of proper filings and records.
iii. Handling daily administrative tasks include invoicing and basic accounting paperwork filling.
i. To perform general accounting task, process invoices, expenses forms and timely arrange payment.
ii. Handling phone calls & daily correspondences. General Office Administration
i. Accounting – LCCI, diploma or degree in accounting
