Role: Admin Assistant
Contract Duration: 3 months
Based: Kuala Lumpur
Working Hour: Normal
• Operates a data entry records and follow-up with customer on the status.
• Responsible for the maintenance and administration on the filing and documentation, include archiving of application forms and updating the status of record management as needed.
• To support the administrative customer set up and amend processes through capture of customer and deal information within the customer set up and amend form.
• To support checking on completeness of the new application and co-ordinate with mailroom on scanning and posting process.
• Perform data cleansing, data analysis activities, and ad-hoc report preparation that may arise from time to time.
• To support additional admin duties includes scanning, printing, mailing, faxing, inventory/stationary checking and setting up meeting.
• Be able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Good in Excel, Words and PowerPoint,
• Open, Supportive and Team work personality.
• O /A level/ Diploma qualification with 1 years experience
