b) Perform reception duties such as receiving visitors, handling incoming calls, etc
c) Attend customer’s orders and deal with suppliers.
d) Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondences / courier services.
e) Assist in preparing documentations and filing to maintain proper records.
f) Assist in data entry and records for account receivables, payables and general ledger.
g) Assist in performing general administration functions & any other ad-hoc tasks when instructed by Superior.
