Full-Time Accounts Assistant

Job Description
Successful candidate will report to Accountant and assist in following tasks:
• Handling daily accounting entries by using accounting software (Autocount)
• Arrange and liaise with suppliers for billing and payments
• Checking of bills, and creation of payment vouchers
• Create invoices and debit notes
• Oversee AP and AR balances and ensure all balances are kept current
• Monthly closing of accounts
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent and company secretary
• Maintenance and filing of all accounting records
• Office administration tasks and other ad hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements:
• Candidates with at least LCCI/ CAT or Diploma in Accounting
• Preferably candidate with at least 1 year experience in office administration or accounting tasks
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Can write and speak fluent English
• Able to work under pressure and meet dateline
• Able to start on short notice or immediately
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
