Full-Time Accounts & Admin Executive
– Responsible for matching of invoices and ensure all billing supported with documents;
– Prepare daily accounts and transaction which include data entries to the accounting system;
– Preparation of general account and administration documentations as assigned by the superior; and
– To assist in ad-hoc assignments/reports from time to time.
– Minimum 2 years of experience (Junior Executive);
– Must possess at least LCCI certificate / Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent;
– Knowledge of managing general book-keeping, and double entry;
– Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications;
– Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (added advantage);
– Independent, committed, proactive, possess initiative and willing to learn; and
– Willing to travel as and when required.
