Job Description

Responsibilities :-

*Able to handle full set of accounts
*Providing support for all accounting functions, including accounts payable, account receivable and general ledger
*Assist in the preparation of regular reports
*Assist in updating daily report
*Management and control of petty cash
*Prepare payment vouchers and prompt issuance of payments, credit control and follow up on payment collections
*Debtor and Creditor’s Aging
*Maintain proper filing systems, ensure effective documents controls for retrieval

Requirements :-

*Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
*Knowledge in AutoCount system, MS Excel & SST.
*Able to work within tight deadlines, independently, meticulous, time consciousness and organized
*Able to START WORK IMMEDIATELY will be an advantage
*Willing to work in Bandar Sultan Sulaiman, PORT KLANG, Selangor
*Full-Time position(s) available
