Full-Time ACCOUNT ASSISTANT NEEDED
• ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
• To maintain full set of accounts
• To ensure time closing of monthly accounts to meet deadlines
• To issue cheque, invoice, debit / credit notes and other related and similar documentation for any business transaction
• Must be able to work overtime
• To Maintain proper filling system
• Bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly salary & staff claims
• General administrations such as distribute correspondence letter, filing, generate reports for account and admin matters and etc.
• Responsible for handling audit process internal / external for account and admin.
• Responsible for involving company internal implement activities such as stock take, scrap collector, company annual dinner and etc.
• Assist in ISO documentations & procedures.
• Assist & participate in any improvement activities throughout the organization.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder in Accounting
• Proficient in accounting software
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft excel
• Full time position
• Must be computer literate and fluent in English, Malay
