Full-Time 1st Level Incident Respond Analyst

Job Description

Minimum Job Requirements
1. Fresh graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security or equivalent;
2. Willing to work on-shift including weekends and public holidays
3. Good communication skills in both English, Chinese, Bahasa (spoken and written)
4. Possess own transport to work

Job Responsibilities
1. 24×7 IT system support helpdesk via phone, email and messaging
2. 24×7 system health check and cyber security events monitoring, analysis and incident response
3. Conducts technology and cyber security researches to define and analyse IT support incidents and system problems
4. Defines system problem by conferring with end-users and customers, evaluating support procedures and processes
5. Evaluates alternative support workflow solutions and coordinating with the developer team and cyber security team
6. Prepares service desk’s technical support documentations and incident reports

Employment terms
1. 12 months of renewable employment contract with opportunity to be converted to full time employee
2. Basic salary starting at 2,100/mth exclude work allowances e.g. shift allowance for working after office hour, weekends and public holidays
3. 12 days of annual leave per year
